I am so gonna try this recipe I found on Healthy Liefstyle Living’s blog. The pics and recipe all come from the site. I can’t WAIT to try these. they make me hungry just looking at them. How about you? If you make it let me know how you love it.
Combine egg, honey, and butter.
Add cranberries, walnuts, carrots and apricots.
Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add this to wet mixture and stir until everything is wet.
Drop mixture onto cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cookie is firm.
