That is the only way I could think of how to describe what I am eating. Fat, Fat, and MORE FAT. It is very satisfying. I do eat veggies–coated in FAT! Hahaha–which actually makes veggies super sexy! At least that is my take on it.
I didn’t even have a clue what watching your macros meant until this program kept showing me. Loseit is the app that I use. There are quite a few good apps out there–I’ve just used this one forever and don’t really want to change at this point.
I really enjoyed these. You only get two shells and one ounce of meat. I have had to reduce the sour cream, because it is causing a carb craving. I mix it now with 2 to 1 coconut milk. Helped a lot with cravings. I have also added a tomatoes and avocados and less coconut sour cream mix. These are amazing after a walk.
This is a weekend salad. I can’t have this quantity of veggies or calories except on my weekend breaks. I have to tell you I barely took a breath as I was munching through this pile of yummie-ness! Mike kept making inappropriate food-lust noises as he ate his meal. Haha his salad was much bigger than mine! Hahaha! Gotta love a man that will eat your diet food with you and call it amazing! He knows how to keep me cooking!
